I Think The Leg Is On The Mend!
I had a pretty laid back run with Robyn at CRR last night after doing my “waddles”, much to Anja’s amusement. I guess I do look kind of funny. Sure, the legs hurt while I was running but I did my 10 stretches afterwards, iced them when I got home, and massaged my calves and hamstrings thoroughly with a massage stick and they actually feel quite good! I also rubbed some deep heat or similar on them before bed, but that’s the most optimistic I’ve felt in a while. ![]()
I’m probably going to put the whole family on a failsafe diet, without additives or preservatives due to certain issues Master 5 is dealing with - there’s a suggestion that diet may be involved. That’s going to be a challenge! No tomato sauce - what’s the world coming to! I may have to modify that for Hubby, I think he’ll struggle with it. He really enjoys good food and it seems like the diet might be too bland for him. Hopefully only for 6 weeks or so, then we start introducing challenge foods.
Does anybody know how to print, save to disc or otherwise get a copy of photos taken by a mobile phone? I have no idea.
Just downloaded a really neat wordpress plugin which allows for smileys in blog posts. What fun! ![]()

I could play with this all night! I’ve also upgraded to Wordpress 2.5, the admin section takes a bit of getting used to but from what I’ve read, there’s a lot of positives to it. The only real difference to the look of it is the little round graphics between the links in my sidebar, but it doesn’t look too bad, gives them a bit more separation.

I have “The Stick” too - I love it - but it does hurt sometimes!!
I have a little card reader on my PC (USB) and the memory card from the phone just plugs in and it just looks like another disk drive on the computer. That is the easy way I think. I think the little multi-card reader thingamyjig was only about 20 bucks.

I have a very old phone and have to log onto the optus website to view photos- but from there it is easy to email and save them (though they are usually drunken 3am photos and really don’t want a copy of those!) I love the smilies- I am going looking for them to add to my blog!
