I had a video to watch while on the trainer today, it was about the euthanasia law in the Northern Territory and how the Federal Senate overturned that law to again make euthanasia illegal. It was 55 minutes long and really engrossing. I ended up staying on the trainer for that long and when the movie finished, Miss 7 said, come on Mum, you can do an hour. So I did. Wasn’t that hard really. I must be getting quite fit. I may get out for a run on the weekend or maybe Monday morning, I figure I might run once a week and spend the rest of the time on the trainer to keep my legs strong. The dog will survive!!
